Sweet Potato Casserole

Casserole

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 and 1⁄2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Topping

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients for the casserole and place in a buttered 9x13” dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes.
