Blue Cheese Slaw
Slaw:
- 1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
Dressing:
- ½ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp dried mustard
- ¼ tsp celery seed
Combine slaw mix, blue cheese, onion, parsley and pecans in a bowl and set aside.
Note: The dressing can be made a couple of days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
