Apple Cider Champagne Cocktail

The combination of champagne and apple cider goes surprising well together in this cocktail. The sweet rim of the glass is a nice touch too. My good friend made this drink recently when she hosted our supper club. It was October and this turned out to be the perfect drink to serve during the fall season. I’ve included a nonalcoholic version too, because everyone will love this.

  • Maple syrup
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Apple Cider
  • Champagne or Processco

Before mixing the cocktail prepare each glass by dipping the rim lightly in maple syrup then a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. To make the cocktail combine equal parts champagne and apple cider in a tall glass just before serving. It’s best to pour the champagne first and let the bubbles settle before adding the apple cider.
