Pepper Jelly Cheese Bake
This recipe couldn’t be easier. How can you go wrong with cheese, cream cheese, bacon, and pepper jelly?
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup sweet onion, chopped
- ½ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup red pepper jelly, divided
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- Crackers for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, bacon, ¼ cup pepper jelly till blended. Place in a one quart baking dish, top with pecans and remaining pepper jelly. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with crackers.
