Corn Dip

I admit I’m not a fan of Miracle Whip, but I trusted my friend, Marla, when she shared this recipe. It works, so don’t try to substitute mayonnaise. This corn dip is now a family favorite. Plus my son and his friends request it whenever they get together. This creamy dip is slightly sweet and tangy- perfect with the salty Fritos Scoops.

• ½ cup Miracle Whip
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
• ½ large sweet onion, chopped
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• 1 can Mexican corn, drained
• Fritos Scoops

Combine Miracle Whip and sour cream. Mix in all other ingredients. Best made one day ahead. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
